Weezer are starting to become the world’s greatest karaoke band with details of another cover song to be recorded. Only recently, they released a video of them covering Radiohead’s “Paranoid Android” and in the past have been known to cover songs from the likes of MGMT, Lady Gaga & Britney Spears.
Now they are about to tackle The Cars You Might Think for the upcoming movie soundtrack Cars 2.
There has been a trend lately for cover albums with both hardcore act H20 and Glenn Danzig announcing they are working on cover albums. Prehaps that’s this year’s thing. Because solo acoustic tours are becoming a tad stale.
