Touché Amoré has announced their first headlining tour of Australia in over seven years. The American post-hardcore quintet will play shows across the country in July, supported on all dates by fellow countrymen Militarie Gun. The full list of tour dates, as well as ticketing information, can be found below.
Both bands are returning to Australia after performances in 2024. The former were part of the inaugural New Bloom festival alongside Citizen, Movements and No Pressure, playing select sideshows in tandem with the festival dates. The latter, meanwhile, were brought out to Australia last year as the main support for Hockey Dad‘s Rebuild Repeat tour that July – themselves also performing headlining shows while in the country.
Touché’s return comes in support of their sixth studio album, Spiral In A Straight Line. The band were poised to finish the album with producer Ross Robinson when they were last in the country, returning back to their native Los Angeles to complete the album after their Australian touring commitments. As for Militarie Gun, the band have released a new single today (April 17) entitled ‘Tall People Don’t Live Long’. It marks their second collaboration with Richmond producer Dazy, following the 2022 single ‘Pressure Cooker’. A video for the song can be found below.

Touche Amore first toured Australia in 2011, co-headlining a tour with Title Fight in support of their second album Parting The Sea Between Brightness And Me. They returned in late 2012 for their own shows, supported by Make Do & Mend, before returning in 2015 to support Every Time I Die. Their last headlining tour came in July 2017, with support from fellow American band Turnover.
