UPDATE: The Waifs Announce 2018 ‘Ironbark’ 25th Anniversary Tour Dates
ORIGINAL STORY: Aussie folk-rockers The Waifs have announced their second 25th anniversary tour for 2017, with 13 new (mostly regional) shows revealed today.
Hitting up venues from Newcastle to Perth and a stack of places in between, the band will be coming good on a promise they made to regional fans earlier this year, which saw them promise to return to intimate venues in towns around the country. There are also three new shows in major cities, to keep up with demand.
The Waifs will again be touring in support of their eighth and latest studio album, Ironbark, which they already toured around the country between March and April. The album was the follow-up to 2015’s Beautiful You.
